Tracking Information:

Delays:
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur that are outside of our control. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays once the package has been handed off.
Incorrect Address:
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
